Terms and Conditions for the use of The Rock Fashion

 

By using The Rock Fashion (hereafter referred to as the Platform), the user ("you") agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. If you disagree with these terms, we kindly ask you not to use this Platform.

Use Restrictions

Materials on the Platform are protected by copyright owned by Bona Fides Consulting Limited (hereafter referred to as the Company) or other legal entities. Texts, graphics, databases, HTML codes, and other materials are intellectual property of the Company or other legal entities and are protected by copyright laws. If you wish to use our materials for educational purposes, please feel free to contact us and we would be more than happy to assist you.

Content Distribution

Materials from the Platform may not be copied, published, translated, or distributed in any other way unless the editorial team is informed beforehand by sending an email to office@therock-fashion.com and the source is directly cited (including a link to the original article or, upon agreement with the editorial team, to the main page of the Platform). From time to time, the Platform will publish content created in collaboration with our partners. In such cases, we will indicate the partner involved at the bottom of the content or in these terms of use.

Ownership, Licenses, and Usage

The Company is the owner of the Platform. The Company and its collaborators, including content contributors, retain all rights and, by this agreement, no intellectual property rights are transferable. The Company thereby grants you a non-exclusive and non-transferable license for the use of databases on the Platform.

Nothing here gives you the right to create any databases, directories or hard copy publications - from or of the databases, neither for internal nor external use.

Warranty, Liability

The Company disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied. The Company does not guarantee that the functions contained in the materials will be error-free, that defects will be corrected, nor that the Company server is free from viruses or other harmful components. The Company does not guarantee the correctness and accuracy of the use and results of using the materials available on the Platform. You (and not the Company) assume the complete costs of all necessary repairs, servicing or corrections. The applicable law may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. In no case shall the Company be liable for damages arising from negligent or unskilled use of the materials on the Platform, even if the Company or its authorized representatives have been warned of the possibility of such damages. The law may not allow limitations or exclusions of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This agreement on the terms of use applies to every access to the Platform. The Company, as the sole owner of the Platform, reserves the right to modify this Agreement - by issuing a new version of the document that will be valid from the date of its publication on this website. Each access to information on the Platform will be a separate and discrete transaction.
